I've gotten several messages asking me to help them fix their CeVIO problems, so I've decided to create a short tutorial. It's my first one ever so don't be harsh! /hides
I've tried using CeVIO on three different laptops and they all give me the same errors:
1) I can't put hiragana on the "talk"-track
2) Sasara's voice sounds really muffled and inaudible.
Both of these problems are because my OS isn't in Japanese.
To fix them, you go to Control Panel, Clock Language and Region, Region. Changing the format language from English/your current language to Japanese will fix problem #1.
Afterwards, go to Administrative, Change System Locale and change the language to Japanese. This requires you to restart your computer. This fixes problem #2.
After this you'll be done and everything should run smoothly!
If this tutorial helped you in anyway, I'll appreciate it if you'd like and comment this video!^^
(Note: This video was originally dubbed but I decided that it is not yet time for me to upload my voice to YouTube www so enjoy some classical music!)
