𝗖𝗦𝗥𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬𝘃 𝟭𝟳.𝟯 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲
there is a difference in the config and filter in newer versions, we have to give xmlns value. I have noticed this change from 17.3 and above.
Eg: Config should start with config xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:base:1.0" *ConfigData* config"
Filter should start with "filter xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:netconf:base:1.0" ***Filter_Data***/filter"
