Version Control System: Developers Can add code in parallel and git stored code keeps changing as more code is added. Version Control system help to handle it and maintaining a history of changes. it has few features like branches and marges master branch. i'll explain you about branches and master branch with example on later.

Distributed Version Control: Git has featured to handle full project as an remote repository. it is stored in a server or local repository it is stored in our local computer drives. this mean that the code is not just stored in a central server, the copy of code is present in all developers system. i will explain you later with example.
