Nesse video, eu vou te mostrar como usar o firebase functions para criar eventos de disparo de pushes notifications para um Chat em Android.
Vamos programar a parte do backend (que está em Nodejs) para o Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Instalação do Nodejs no Ubuntu/Linux:
sudo apt-get install curl python-software-properties
curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_10.x | sudo -E bash -
sudo apt-get install nodejs
node -v
npm -v
Se você ainda não conhece, o firebase é um recurso muito interessante para criação de aplicativos em realtime como o próprio chat.
Além disso, você aprenderá a fazer upload de fotos usando o storage do firebase junto ao Cloud Firestore (database), tudo isso na plataforma Android.
