Pointer Scrolling

Traditional mouse pointer input scrolling. No steppers.  We are considering to introduce paging for pointer devices so the scrollbar becomes only an indicator, just like on touch. Most graphics apps where panning around canvas is a key task use the middle mouse button/scrollwheel.
