Error loading operating system
UPDATE: Solution found see the second video. Below is my original situation
Yesterday I tried to do a Windows updtate since I read about the security flaw. I walked away and came back to the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). I manually shut it off then on and I saw the following video.
I don't have the WIN XP CD for this PC, but I do have it for the WIN XP laptop that I have by the same manufacturer DELL.
I have an option to format the entire C drive, but I don't want to lose any information. What can I do?
Please help.
