When you use a List Folder action in Microsoft Power Automate—the folder path has to be encoded.
URLs can only contain certain characters. Special characters, like spaces, question marks, slashes, and ampersands have specific meanings in URLs so they need to be encoded to avoid errors in your Microsoft Power Automate flow.
Use the encodeURIComponent() function and wrap it around your folder path.
