CSS Transform - Translate() Method

It moves the position of the element on the plane by the amount provided by tx and ty.
The translate(tx, ty) function accepts two arguments, x axis and y axis.
tx is for x-axis, re-positions the element in horizontal way.
ty is for y-axis re-positions the element in vertical way.
