Implementing 5-step Canny Edge Detection Algorithm with python:

1. Smoothing (by Spatial Convolution with Gaussian)
2. Gradient Magnitude Computation (Spatial Convolution with Sobel Horizontal + Vertical Kernels),
3. Edge Thinning with Discretization of Edge Directions + NMS (Non-maxima Suppression)
4. Double Thresholding (Strong Edge, Weak Edge and Non-Edge detection)
5. Hysteresis Edge Linking (Finding connectivity between strong edge and weak edge pixels to find final set of edges)
