Resolved Issue: Missing Column Headers
Situation: You have build a Crystal Report and want to export the data as a .csv file.
Issue: the column headers either 1. do not display, or 2. are truncated and display inappropriately.

Resolution: Delete existing fields, make page wider, & copy in all required fields at once.
