coding of command prompt:-first type pip install pypng then press enter two times then type pip install pyqrcode then again press enter two times then type pip install pillow then again press enter two times then type pip install pyzbar then again press enter two times and when it is succesfull then close command prompt.
then go to python idle and type this coding

warning:- dont type that only that i have written in interted commas like:('type what you want to convert to QR code')
