Scroll after rotating using scrollToOffset

Where you wind up seems to be timing dependent - here the third and fifth rotations aren't quite right.
You seem to always wind up close to where you want to be, but the exact location varies, from above the selected tab to below it.
Using smoothScrollToPosition gives similar results, but can be even further off, including not having the selected tab visible on screen.
