At JMGPR, we oftentimes bring in expert voices that will lead internal workshops.💡If there’s a specific topic that an employee has brought to my attention, where they think they can learn more from, we’ll create a workshop around it. 💯✅We’ve done lunch and learns with experts👨‍💼where they’ve joined us for lunch and they spearheaded a specific discussion. And during that time, we’ll pick their brain and ask them a ton of questions. 📝 It gives our employees access to these incredibly talented experts and it allows them to grow as professionals. 👩🏻‍💻
