How to do Matrix Math in MATLAB! Add, subtract, multiply, and divide a matrix! The basics of matrix mathematics, principles of linear algebra, and the crucial syntax of using '.' before '*' or '/'.

scalar = one number, such as '4' or '-2.3'.
matrix = group of multiple numbers, like [1,2,3,4]

0:23 linear algebra
1:37 addition and subtraction
2:04 matrix multiplication, can only multiply an (AxB) * (BxC), this gives an (AxC) matrix
6:35 multiplication by element. A.*B = [a1*b1, a2*b2, ... , ai*bi]
Use this approach with division ~ A./B = [a1/b1, a2/b2, ..., ai/bi]
8:10 squaring a matrix
