The Spread Syntax allows you to 'spread' out an iterable object in separate elements, giving you as the programmer a lot of efficient ways to use these iterables (most commonly Arrays).
In this video we look at how to pass arguments into a function using the spread syntax with Arrays as well as other uses (concatenation, copy and creation). It also works on objects which I cover briefly.
