Real-time sensor data display using Python

Using Python we can display sensor data streaming from an embedded sensor platform real-time. I'm reading the accelerometer data from a Lilygo T-Watch S3 using a Python script to create and update a graph in real-time. I use the PyQtGraph library to create the graph. The script has the facility to save the sensor data to a text file but this is not demonstrated.

I'm using this watch as part of an assistive technology project called handshake to enable disabled people to control software and devices through movement.
