Venv is an inbuilt module of Python 3 which is used to create virtual environments in Python.
In this video we will learn how to use Venv in Python 3.8 to create and activate different virtual environments.
All the version of Python 3 ships with an inbuilt module called venv python. You do not need to install it in Python 3 and above.
Prior to Python3 i.e. Python 2, virtualenv was a third party module and you need to install it using pip install virtualenv. We will learn how to install virtualenv, activate virtualenv for different versions of Python.
You can start a virtual environment using python -m venv env-name
