Deploy a simple application on Google cloud app engine

Steps

1. You need a google project. Enable Cloud Build API with App engine initialized.
2. Prepare a code for the login page.
 You have to create app.yaml in order to push it to google cloud. Else application will fail if deploying to the google cloud. Locally it will not matter.
 HTML code is used for login, signup, and profile and other htmls
 SQL lite is used for storing usernames and passwords for sign up data.
 Appropriate .py files import packages for sql, flask etc.
 Requirements.txt lists the dependencies such as flask, flask login etc. packages, pandas
3. Prepare your environment on a local system
 Activate the isolated python environment on your local machine
 Navigate to you’re the directory where code is placed and run below command

python -m venv env .\env\Scripts\activate
pip install -r .\requirements.txt
python main.py

 Run the code using http://localhost:port

4. Now deploy the code on google cloud app engine
gcloud app deploy
gcloud app browse

You can view your application hosted on GAE.
Practice in your lab or in some playground environment from any learning portal.
