Local Database Development with Adobe - Lucee - CommandBox

Community Member Jared asked to create a tutorial on how to create a local development server environment where you can test your code directly, at home, without the need to be online. Last video I explained what software you need, but after publishing the video I figured that for a serious application, having a database installed and connected to that application server would be ideal. So here is part two of the answer on how to install and configure a database server for the three different Lucee/CF servers.
