This lecture talks about how by changing the gain or adding a compensator can modify the behaviour of the system to improve the response and increase the gain and phase margins. Lead, lag, lead-lag and lag-lead compensators are covered with and an example is shown. (To UWE students: there are some minor mistakes in the slides presented during this lecture.
