In this video, Garth Schulte and Ben Finkel cover a demonstration of app engine basics in Python. They’ll walk through the overall project structure, where files are located and organized, and then deploy it locally in their development server and then to the cloud.
This video demonstrates an overview of a full-scale Python project. Ben and Garth will start with a synopsis of the entire project: the theory behind it, what it entails, and what they’re going to do. They’ll move on to a discussion of where the files you need are located and how they’re organized, then deploy it locally on their development server. Once that’s running smoothly, the instructors will deploy the project in the cloud and run it through its paces to ensure full functionality. Finally, they’ll cover the “skeleton,” which is the framework of the code that they’re going to flesh out.
