Web Server Reverse Proxy

The topic of proxy servers is of importance to network security and architecture. We will create a proxy web server using Squid to secure our internal network. This proxy will perform tasks such as redirecting packets by stripping of the header information of the inbound traffic, process the packet into raw data, and then add its own header information to send to the corresponding machines. We will point out the strengths and weaknesses of our design how we could possibly improve on it. We will create deliverables such as instructions of every step to correctly implement this design, a short video about our project, and a short paper of what we have learned by doing this project, what we would do differently, and what conclusion we drew from it.
