This video as a very special celebration video, its a way for me to give back to you all, to say thank you for all your support and love the past few weeks/months. This is my video to celebrate reaching my second YouTube milestone of 200 SUBSCRIBERS! Thank you all so so much!

In this very special video I Interview a real life professional DevOps Practitioner from the company I work at, Shop Direct. The dude in question is Jamal Walsh and I ask him a whole variety of questions (questions and timestamps are down below if you want to skip ahead...) in order to learn from him about his journey into the world of DevOps, what DevOps REALLY is (turns out I really didn't know!) and any advice that he has to others thinking of following a similar path.

We talk about everything from tools, to culture to, even, Jamal's side projects and attempt to learn as much as possible from this incredibly wise gent! Apologies about the video being almost 30 minutes, but I really didn't want to cut much of anything that Jamal said as it was all quality stuff and I think a lot of people will find his information really useful, so to help you I have put a list of the questions I asked him and a clickable timestamp so that you can jump ahead to questions that might be at the top of your list, however if you have time then I would recommend enjoying the whole thing as Jamal is so great to learn from and he explains his experiences in such an easy and accessible way...
