CSE 340 Assignment 2 – PostgreSQL INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE & Deploy to Render
🔧 This video demonstrates the following tasks for Assignment 2 in CSE 340:
✅ How to DROP and REBUILD a PostgreSQL database
✅ Creating a custom ENUM type (account_type_enum)
✅ Creating three tables: classification, account, and inventory
✅ Performing the following SQL operations:
- INSERT a new user (Tony Stark)
- UPDATE account type to "Admin"
- DELETE the same user
- UPDATE a car description using REPLACE()
- SELECT using INNER JOIN to get sport classification cars
- UPDATE image and thumbnail paths to include /vehicles
☁️ The database was created and deployed using Render.com
