We see a GUI and a Quote class that know nothing of each other successfully communicating, the GUI sending a message to the Quote object when triggered by a button click and the Quote object receiving the message returning its own message to the receiver, an output of the quote from a list of strings in the GUI's text area. This behaviour is the basis of modern relational databases.
