Android App:ASCII characters from binary code

I decided to give it a try myself. I whipped up an Android app that uses two buttons to enter ASCII coded characters using two buttons (zero, and one). The app works great, but I could never get the touch input to work reliably. I'm calling this one a fail but not before showing off my labors.
