Now we move onto Lambdas! Lambdas are an extremely cool feature within the Java language that was added in JDK 8 so make sure you have at least 8 as your language level. Lambdas are the implementation for functional interfaces which are interfaces that hold only one, abstract method. They can also be referred to as closures and unnamed methods.
