Nova's Guide to GitHub Plugin Loader for Space Engineers
1. Unsubscribe from the old steam insall of "Plugin Loader"

2. Delete contents of
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Bin64\Plugins
3. Download PluginLoader-v1.11.0.zip from the GitHub Releases page.

4. Extract contents of the zip to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Bin64
5. Unblock 0Harmony.dll and PluginLoader.dll
6. Change Space Engineers launch option in steam to
"-plugin PluginLoader.dll"
7. Start SE and re-install your choice of plugins
