Edit: There should only be 1 synapse weight for the first bias neuron. I realized the mistake at 6:26 so it is explained there, it does not change much though.
I also say 'synapse' in several places when I should have said 'synapse weight'. In this case there should be 3 pairs of synapses in the convolutional layer where each pair shares one set of weights.
