This was the most latest version of pycharm, but I have a suggestion for python beginner programmers, you don't need to download and install the latest pycharm version, but you can download an old version instead, any old version. Between community and professional, the choice is yours.
But the pycharm version used in this video, is 2016.1.5 community edition. Which can be had from
