Welcome back, educators.
Let’s convert this text to columns and link them together.
On the Format menu, click Columns, then choose 2 columns.
Now we’ve all the text on one page in 2 columns.
We have more options to customize the columns.
We could change the space between them.
And if we’d like to add a line between them, we could activate the checkbox.
The mission is to achieve this result.
The first page has 1 column, the second has 2 columns.
To do that, let’s follow these simple steps.
Click where you want to finish the first column.
On the Insert menu, click Break, then Column break.
Click where you want to start the text on the next page.
On the Insert menu, click Break, then Section break.
Now, let’s convert the text on the first page to one column.
Click anywhere inside the page.
On the Format menu, click Columns, then One column.
And now we've 1 column on the first page.
And 2 columns on the second page.
