Fixing VHS bottom lines - Algorithm test

When uploading a VHS rip recently, I noticed that the lines at the bottom were (nearly) randomly shifted. So I quickly invented and implemented an algorithm to fix them automatically. The output isn't perfect, but still far better than the original jiggles.
