C# Registry Hack — Control Windows with Code (Read, Write & Delete)

In this video we build a real C# WinForms app that reads, writes, and deletes values from the Windows Registry — no third-party libraries, just pure .NET code using the Microsoft.Win32 namespace.

By the end you will have a working Registry Manager app and a solid understanding of one of the most powerful and underused features in Windows development.

✅ How the Windows Registry is structured (hives, keys, values)
✅ Reading registry values with Registry.CurrentUser.OpenSubKey
✅ Writing new keys and values with CreateSubKey and SetValue
✅ Deleting a single value with DeleteValue
✅ Deleting an entire key with DeleteSubKey and DeleteSubKeyTree
✅ The difference between read-only and writable access (the "true" parameter)
