Caching helps us to make our Spring Boot applications faster to respond, more scalable, and less resource intensive. It's incredibly easy to implement, with just two simple annotations: @EnableCaching, @Cacheable, and @CacheEject. In this video, I explain what Caching is, why we want to do it, and then we demonstrate it with a simple example in source code, complete with a debugger walkthrough.
