🚀 Fix MinGW Download & Debugging Errors
Stop fighting with MinGW installers! 🔓 If you are in Iran or any region with restricted internet, the standard SourceForge download won't work. Here is the manual setup guide for Code Breakers.
🛠️ The Manual Fix Steps:
Skip the Installer: Go to GitHub and search for 'winlibs'. Download the standalone 7z archive (UCRT version). GitHub is much more stable for your connection.
Extract: Unzip the folder to C:\mingw64. Don't put it in 'Program Files' as spaces can break the compiler path.
Set Windows Path: Search for 'Environment Variables' in Windows. Edit the System Path and add C:\mingw64\bin.
Dev-C++ Setup: Open Dev-C++, go to Tools, then Compiler Options, and then Directories.
Add C:\mingw64\bin to the Binaries tab.
