Pythonでグラフに矢印注釈を表示する方法です。
使用するのは、matplotlibライブラリのpyplot.annotate関数です。
引数に、表示するテキスト、引数xyにx軸、y軸をタプルで指定します。
さらに、引数xytextでテキストの位置を、引数awwoepropsで矢印のプロパティを指定します。
