Can GitHub Copilot scaffold a production-ready Node.js API project from scratch — and do it better than Claude Code?

In this video, I put GitHub Copilot's Autopilot mode to the test using the exact
same prompt I previously gave to Claude Code. The task: scaffold a Node.js API with TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, Jest, Express.js v5, PostgreSQL in Docker, Prisma ORM, and a full set of npm scripts.

Claude Code struggled with outdated dependency versions across the board. Let's see if GitHub Copilot can do better.
