OBS Partial Screen Capture Tutorial
Tutorial to show how to have OBS studio capture only a part of the Display.
Often we want to capture a part of our display - and often we want exact dimensions (eg 320x240 or 640x360). Dimension sizes should be multiples of at least 4x if we are going to use video compression (divX, h264, h265 etc).
Uses the Display Capture;
applies a Crop/Pad filter to that capture;
adjusting the cropping parameters of the filter;
applying Resize Output (video setting);
Finally recording the video
