This a simple clock I made in processing. I got this idea when I saw a watch face on a smartwatch! The watch face only shows hour & minute. Mine shows seconds also!
There are 6 columns. First two show hours, next two minutes & the rest show seconds. The numbers on the blue rectangle at the center show the time. Upon starting the clock all the columns move randomly & then after some time ( 3-10 ) seconds all the columns settle on the right numbers. The numbers appearing in each column are also random. All in all its a cool looking clock..
I wrote the program in processing 2.2.1. I don't know why but it only works nicely in processing 2 not in 3. In processing 3 the scrolling animations kind of slows down. So better not to use the code in processing 3. Also the code is written in Python not in Java. This time I thought of trying the python environment.
(The video quality is not that good as I shot this with my phone. I tried 4-5 screen recorders but they all seemed to slow down processing )
Get the processing code (Note that its in python): https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid...
