What is twilio?
The Twilio REST API allows you to query metadata about your account, phone numbers, calls, text messages, and recordings. You can also do some fancy things like initiate outbound calls and send text messages.
When using a trial project with Twilio, all your usage costs are free. This includes the one phone number you own as well as any voice calls and SMS messages you make and receive during your Trial period.
