(c) AOMEI Dynamic Disk Manager
...but the task doesn't work in trial editions. :'(
Why another video?
Because I don't want you to buy a software or pirate it, but use a free solution.

Open Disk Management
As you can see, I have a Dynamic Disk. In this video, I'll show you how to convert it to Basic Disk. Although there is no data loss, I strongly advice the viewers to always keep a backup. Before we proceed, let's have a quick glance at the data that I have.
Step 1: Shrink 1MB space from all partitons from the third to the second last. In my case, I have 6 partitions, in the sequence:
1. System Reserved
2. OS (C:)
3. Data (H:)
4. Videos (F:)
5. Music (E:)
6. Movies (G:)
I'll shrink the volumes: Data, Videos and Music.
Step 2: Download System Rescue Disk from http://www.system-rescue-cd.org/Download and burn the ISO to a CD, or create a bootable USB by following the method:

Step 3: Boot from the bootable media. (Choose the first option)
Step 4: Using testdisk:
4.1 Type testdisk and hit enter.
4.2 Use the up/down arrow keys to choose No Log and hit enter.
4.3 Choose the HDD which you want to convert to Basic. It will be evident by the size. In most cases, it is the first option. Select it then use the left/right arrow keys to choose [Proceed] and hit enter.
4.4 Choose [Intel ] and hit enter.
4.6 Choose [Analyse] and hit enter.
4.5 Choose [Quick Search] (at the bottom) and hit enter... wait for 2 minutes, let it finish.
4.7 Make sure every partition listed here is Green in color. If not, then abort. You might have made a mistake earlier, or forgot to shrink a partition.
4.8 If everything is Green, Hit Enter
4.9 Use the arrow keys to choose [Write] and hit enter. Do not choose [Deeper Search]. If you do, then you have to run testdisk again, because deeper search will try to find all partitions which were ever present on your HDD.
4.10 TestDisk asks for confirmation. Type Y.
4.11 Select OK and hit enter.
4.12 Select [Quit] and hit enter.
4.13 Select Quit using left/right arrow keys and hit enter.
4.14 Type poweroff. This will shutdown computer. Then remove the bootable CD/USB
Step 5: Boot the computer. Verify that disk has been converted to Basic and all data is intact.
