The data requirements of 2020 are no longer as simple as they once were. Flat and strictly constrained data is becoming a thing of the past, changing the way data is stored and how it is interacted with from backend and even frontend applications.

The modern web service, whether it be RESTful or GraphQL, sits between the client and the data layer, but needs to be able to process client data, however complex it may be, as well as database data, which may also be complex.

In this session, we'll see how to create web services that consume and manipulate potentially complex NoSQL documents, but using the Go programming language (Golang).
