The installation procedure involves downloading the official Python .exe installer and running it on your system, to do that:
first you need to open your web browser and navigate to the www.python.org website
download the latest python version
Run the Python Installer once downloaded.
Make sure you select the Install launcher for all users and Add Python to PATH check boxes.
and click on Install Now
