Creating a Translator with Python on Pydroid3
Modules:
deep_translator
gtts (for saving the audio)
PyQt5 (for user interface)
All modules can be found and downloaded from PYPI website:

I had difficulties getting the sound to play since most audio player modules do not support android yet. Luckily, I found kivy audio player that works fine on Android. You can use kivy audio player:
from kivy.core.audio import SoundLoader
sound = SoundLoader.load(audiofile)
sound.play()
