This video teaches how to (1) set up a Python Virtual Environment in ArcGIS Pro, (2) add new Python libraries to an ArcGIS Pro Python virtual environment, (3) connect an ArcGIS Pro Python virtual environment to an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) (VS Code), and (4) demonstrate these concepts using a case study.
