Step-by-Step Installation Guide:

Go to python.org and download the latest Windows installer.

Open the installer and check the box at the bottom that says "Add python.exe to PATH". Click Install Now.

Go to code.visualstudio.com and download the Windows installer. Run it and click 'Next' using all default settings.

Open VS Code, click the Extensions icon on the left (or press Ctrl + Shift + X), search for Python by Microsoft, and click Install.
