A basic tutorial on how to use the Trigger Tool from this mod:

INSTRUCTIONS:
Use the settings I used in the tool options.
Right click to link the prop you want to be effected. (Must do this BEFORE setting trigger)
Left click to set a prop to a trigger.
Numpad 0 (Or whatever you bind to Toggle)
to make trigger invisible & Activated.
(There's a bug where sometimes the trigger won't activate unless you stand in it long enough.)
