Provides a forwarding HTTPS server which transparently fetches and caches certificates via Let's Encrypt. Runs on port 443 and 80, and lets you wrap stuff—e.g., I host my development, boring, simple HTTP server on port 8000, but get a cert automatically with https-forward and proxy through to your boring development server.
