This video explains the importance and how we can write for loops in Python. Python for loops are quite expressive unlike most other programming languages.
Python comes with range object which helps generate loop for given number of times easily. Range is a special object in Python which is not like list or string. It's separate language providing better space efficiency when iterating millions of times using for loop.
