Simple captcha tutorial using PHP - 1
Hello friends !! In this video we have given a brief description about making a captcha using PHP . You might have encountered with captcha while filling online forms or signing up for some account. Designing a simple captcha is an easy task. Captcha are used by websites to check whether a user signing up is human or a robot. By robot, it means that the person has run a script on the online form which will keep on creating false data entries and eventually it will crash the database of the system. So when a script encounters captcha, it is unable to read the captcha. Captcha is a very wide field, there are many types of captcha used for securing the system. This video describes how to create a simple numeric captcha which generates random numbers. In the coming videos we will bring to you more complex captcha. Enjoy the video!!!!
